Each season has its charm. In the winter dog sledding and snowmobiling as well as hiking in the mountains is popular

In the summer there are boat trips taking you to the many exciting towns and villages as well as the many cultural attractions.

In Ilulissat the trips take place in Disko Bay between the large icebergs and often also between large and smaller ice floes. The surroundings are always beautiful and fascinating, when light, sky and sea frame the scenery.

What do you need to bring?

• The right clothing is important, warm clothes as well as mittens and a hat
• Sensible footwear that suits the season
• A good camera with a battery that can withstand cold
